Fivora

Privacy Policy

Effective 4 November 2026

Fivora helps you wake up earlier, one small step at a time. This policy explains what the app keeps, what other people can see, who helps us run it, and how you can delete everything.

The short version

Who we are

Fivora is made by Numan Eroğlu, Ankara, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for your personal data in Fivora. Contact us any time at support@getfivora.app.

What we collect and why

What you tell us in the app

DataWhy
Your first name (you can leave it out)To greet you. Shown to others only if you turn on “First name”.
Your age range (for example 18–25)To plan enough sleep. Never shown to anyone.
Your usual wake-up time and bedtime, the hour you want to wake at, your pace and your daysTo build your plan and its 15-minute steps.
Your country and city, chosen from a listTo place your square on the world. The square sits at a random point a few kilometres from the city centre, inside your country, never at your real location. Your country is suggested from your phone’s language setting.
Your morning routine choices and the ones you tick each dayTo show them on Today, and on the world if you turn on “Today’s routine”.
Your sharing and reminder settingsTo do what you chose.

What the app records

Your private account

When you finish setting up Fivora, the app creates an account for this install with a random identifier and no name, email or password. The data above is stored with it on our servers, so that you can see the other people up on the world, so that your square can appear there if you share it, and so that reports and blocks work. Without signing in, this account belongs to this install only: if you delete the app, it can’t be brought back.

If you sign in

You can sign in with Apple or with Google. This links your private account to it. We receive an account identifier and your email address. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email; we then receive a private relay address from Apple. We do not receive your password. We ask Google for your email address only.

When you are signed in, your data follows you to a new phone: sign in there and your plan, your mornings and your square come back.

What we don’t collect

What other people can see

Fivora has a world map of people who are up. When “Show my square” is on, people using Fivora can see:

Only if you turn them on in You → World: your first name, how many mornings in a row you have kept, and the routine you ticked today. Your age range, your bedtime, your plan and your email are never shown. Turn off “Show my square” to keep your mornings private; you can change this at any time.

Reminders

The morning reminder and the evening reminder (30 minutes before your bedtime) are scheduled on your phone by the app itself. We don’t use a push notification service, and turning reminders off in the app or in your phone’s settings stops them.

Who helps us run Fivora

We share data only with the services we need to run the app, and only for that purpose:

We don’t sell or rent your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Why we are allowed to use your data

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Turkey, we use your data:

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email support@getfivora.app and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

Children

Fivora is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live (16 in some countries), please use Fivora only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to our servers is limited to what is needed to run Fivora. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if something happens that affects it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
