It helps if you include your phone model, and the Fivora version shown at the bottom of the You tab.
Your plan moves your wake-up time from where you are now to the hour you chose, in steps of 15 minutes (30 in Quick). A step moves on only when you keep your mornings, never just because days pass. A morning counts when you check in no later than 14 minutes after that day’s step.
Tap your plan card in You (or Next step on Today) to see every step, then tap Edit. You see where each pace would take you and when, then tap Save plan. The steps you have already walked stay; only the steps ahead change.
No. A missed or late morning only holds your step; it never moves you back. Days you didn’t pick in your plan are rest days and never break your run.
Yes. In You, tap Pause and choose 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks or until you resume. Paused days are rest days: your step stays where it is, no morning counts as missed, and the morning and evening reminders stay quiet. Resume any time from the same row.
Once a day, between 03:00 and 11:59. Hold the button until it fills, about a second; a quick tap doesn’t count, so a half-asleep touch can’t check you in. The minute it fills is the time you were up that morning.
The evening before each of your days, 30 minutes before your bedtime. Your bedtime is the next morning’s step (or your hour once the plan is done) minus your sleep, which you set up in the first minutes and can change in You → Sleep. It’s the time shown under Tonight on Today. When your step moves 15 minutes earlier, the evening reminder moves with it.
Check that Morning reminder or Evening reminder is on in You → Notifications, and that notifications for Fivora are allowed in your phone’s settings.
Fivora’s reminders are gentle nudges, not alarms. Keep your usual alarm.
Your square, your city and the time you were up. Your first name, your run and today’s routine only if you turn them on in You → World. Your square is placed a few kilometres from your city centre, never at your real location; Fivora doesn’t use GPS.
Turn off “Show my square” in You → World.
Tap their square on the world, then the ⋯ on their card. Report tells us, and we look into every report; Block means you won’t see each other on the world (you can unblock in You → Blocked people). A name that many people report is hidden. You can also write to us at support@getfivora.app.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fivora → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can also go there from You → Fivora Plus → Manage. Fivora Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap Restore purchases (on the subscription screen, or in You) while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.
Yes, if you sign in with Apple or Google (You → Save your record). Without signing in, your mornings belong to this phone’s private account and can’t be moved to another phone.
If you are signed in: You → Delete account. This deletes your account, your mornings, your plan and your square from our servers at once (and from backups within 30 days).
If you are not signed in: You → Erase this phone’s record. Everything is removed from your phone and from our servers, and the setup starts again.
A subscription is cancelled in the store, not by deleting your account.
