Terms of Use

Effective 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Numan Eroğlu (“we”, “us”) for using the Fivora app. By using Fivora you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Fivora

Fivora helps you move your wake-up time earlier in small steps, check in when you are up, and see others who are up around the world. Using it requires a Fivora Plus subscription.

2. Not medical advice

Fivora is a habit tool, not a medical device. Its plans and sleep suggestions are general guidance, not medical advice. If you have a sleep disorder, a health condition, or work night shifts, talk to a doctor before changing your sleep. Stop or slow down if you feel unwell, and never drive or operate machinery while drowsy.

3. Who can use Fivora

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they accept these terms on your behalf.

4. Your account

You can use Fivora on one phone without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google to back up your mornings and appear on the world. Keep access to your Apple or Google account safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in You → Delete account.

5. Fivora Plus subscriptions

• Fivora Plus is offered as a yearly or a monthly subscription. The price and length are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. There is no free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also reach them from You → Fivora Plus → Manage.
• If you cancel, Fivora Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Your plan and mornings stay either way.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we can’t issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
• If we change the price, you will be told in advance as the store requires, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
• Bought Fivora Plus before? Use You → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.

6. Being on the world

When your square is shown, other people can see the information described in our Privacy Policy. Be kind. You agree not to:

• use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or advertises something;
• harass, threaten or try to identify or locate other people;
• check in with false or automated times to game the world or your record;
• copy, scrape or misuse other people’s data, or interfere with how Fivora works.

You can block someone so that you don’t see each other, and report anyone who breaks these rules to support@getfivora.app. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Our app and your licence

Fivora, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Fivora on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by these terms and the App Store’s rules. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving Fivora and may change, add or remove features. We try to keep it running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we stop offering Fivora, we will tell you in advance where possible.

9. Ending

You can stop using Fivora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 2, 7, 10 and 12 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

10. Liability

Fivora is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what happens if you follow a plan against your doctor’s advice. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Apple App Store

Fivora is distributed through the Apple App Store:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Fivora and its content.
• Your licence is limited to using Fivora on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Fivora.
• If Fivora fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Fivora.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about Fivora, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• If someone claims that Fivora infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with it.
• You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must follow any third-party terms that apply when using Fivora.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Ankara, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you in the app before important changes take effect. If you keep using Fivora after that, the new terms apply.
